Financial controls we follow:
Segregated duties
No single person authorizes, disburses, and reconciles funds.
Multi-signatory approvals
Bank transfers over a set threshold require two signatures.
Regular audits
We commission an annual external audit by a registered accounting firm.
Spot checks
We conduct random financial spot checks on program expenses and partner disbursements.
Transparent reporting
Our annual financial statements are published on our website.
